Websites and marketingfor orthodontists.
Orthodontic treatment is a long decision, often made by a parent for a child. I design the site, build it, then run the search, email and ads that keep the enquiries coming.

How orthodontists win customers online, and what I would put in place to win more of them.
How customers choose
Orthodontic treatment is a long commitment, often decided by a parent for a teenager, or by an adult who has thought about it for years. Families compare cost, treatment length and the options between braces and clear aligners. Many practices offer free consultations, but the consultation is only valuable if people actually book it.
What the website has to do
The site should explain the options plainly, with comparison pages for braces and aligners, typical treatment times, and how payment plans work. Free consultation booking should be one tap from every page. Before and after photos, shared with consent, and stories from patients of different ages help families picture the result.
What keeps it busy
Many consultations do not start treatment straight away, so a follow-up sequence that answers common objections, explains finance again and checks in after a few weeks recovers a surprising share of them. Referral relationships with local dentists and a strong local search presence keep new consultations coming.
Where it usually leaks
The places orthodontists most often lose a customer who was ready to buy.
- Free consultations are offered but not easy to book.
- New patients cannot book online, so they book with the clinic that lets them.
- Intake happens on paper at reception and staff retype every answer.
- Treatment pages are thin, so directories outrank your own site for your own services.
Where I’d start
Online booking, a page per treatment that answers what patients actually ask, and intake forms patients finish before they arrive.
- Treatment comparison pages
- Free consultation booking
- Payment plan explainers
- Follow-up for consultations that did not start
What your customers search
Each of these deserves a page that answers it directly. That is what ranks on Google, and what AI assistants quote when someone asks them instead.

- braces cost
- Invisalign vs braces

- How much does a website for orthodontists cost?
- It depends on the project, so there is no rate card. The number comes from how many pages and services the site covers, whether it needs booking, payments or integrations, and whether you want the marketing run after launch. After a 30-minute call you get a written scope and a quote, usually within two working days, and I will tell you honestly what your budget can do well.
- Do you work with orthodontists anywhere in the world?
- Yes. I work with anyone, anywhere, fully remotely. Calls are booked at a time that suits us both, and everything else runs in writing, so the distance rarely matters. I have delivered for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and France.
- Can patients fill in intake forms before their appointment?
- Yes. I have built a multi-step intake portal for a health practice that patients complete before arriving, with questions that branch on earlier answers and a review screen for clinicians. It cut intake from 25 minutes to 6.
- Will the site work with my booking or practice software?
- Usually. Most practice and booking systems either embed or connect through an integration, and where they do not, the form can hand data over automatically. I check what yours supports on the first call.
