Facebook and Instagram ads
Campaigns run against a cost-per-lead or cost-per-purchase target you set, with creative testing and a landing page that matches the ad.
Most underperforming ad accounts are not badly targeted. They are pointing good traffic at a page that does not follow through on what the ad promised, or testing one piece of creative and concluding the channel does not work.
I run ads against a number you set rather than a vague sense of awareness. If the cost per lead is not achievable at your margin, that is worth knowing in week two rather than month six, and I will say so.
Creative is where most of the gain is. That is also why the video work exists: testing needs volume, and waiting on a shoot for every variant is how accounts end up running the same ad for four months.

Questions
- What budget do I need?
- Enough to get statistically meaningful data inside a month, which depends on your price point. I would rather turn down a budget too small to learn anything than take it and report noise.
- Do you handle creative as well as the media buying?
- Yes. Creative testing is most of the gain, so running the account without being able to produce new variants quickly puts a ceiling on it.
