Websites and marketingfor real estate agents.
Buyers find listings on portals. Sellers choose agents on reputation. I design the site, build it, then run the search, email and ads that keep the enquiries coming.

Growing a businesslike yours.
How real estate agents win customers online, and what I would put in place to win more of them.
How customers choose
Buyers find listings on portals, but sellers choose agents on reputation. The website's most valuable job is often winning instructions from sellers, not displaying listings that are already on the portals. Many agent sites are built only for buyers and miss this entirely.
What the website has to do
The site should offer instant valuation requests, area guides that rank for local searches and case studies of homes you have sold, with results. Agent profiles and reviews help sellers choose you. Listings can be fed in from your system, but they should not be the whole site.
What keeps it busy
Lead nurture for future sellers, such as market updates and valuation reminders, keeps you in mind for when they are ready. Local content, reviews and a strong Google profile help you appear when homeowners search for agents in their area.
Where it usually leaks
The places real estate agents most often lose a customer who was ready to buy.
- Seller enquiries are not captured, because the site is built for buyers only.
- Portals own the traffic and the leads, and your own site gets neither.
- Valuation and viewing requests are not followed up quickly.
- Past clients and landlords hear nothing until they need you again, by which time they have forgotten you.
Where I’d start
A site that captures valuation and owner enquiries directly, area pages that rank locally, and a follow-up sequence for every lead.
- Instant valuation request pages
- Area guides that rank
- Seller-focused case studies
- Lead nurture for future sellers

Questionsworth asking.
- How much does a website for real estate agents cost?
- It depends on the project, so there is no rate card. The number comes from how many pages and services the site covers, whether it needs booking, payments or integrations, and whether you want the marketing run after launch. After a 30-minute call you get a written scope and a quote, usually within two working days, and I will tell you honestly what your budget can do well.
- Do you work with real estate agents anywhere in the world?
- Yes. I work with anyone, anywhere, fully remotely. Calls are booked at a time that suits us both, and everything else runs in writing, so the distance rarely matters. I have delivered for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and France.
- How do I get direct bookings instead of paying portal commission?
- Give guests or clients a reason and a route to come to you. I built a booking site for a short-term rental business with live availability and a two-step reservation flow, and direct bookings rose 3.1x in one quarter.
- Can the site connect to my property or listings software?
- Usually, through an embed, a feed or an integration. I check what your system supports before quoting.
